Very good location.

Drainage from shower and sink was blocked. This was not noticed during the cleaning of the room. The cleanliness is otherwise appropriate.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, situated in a nice neighborhood with loads of cool restaurants nearby. The city center is just a short walk away, which was very convenient for us. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel is well maintained and the rooms are clean

We did not like the helpfulness of the staff. . My daughter is currently on crutches and needs a little help with the breakfast buffet. The staff preferred to stand around and talk instead of offering help. We have not even experienced anything like this on the whole holiday trip.

The hotel is near the center, which means it was close to everything around. I also loved the breakfast, which was amazing and had a local touch to it. The staff was really friendly and helpful with transportation options.

Room not like in the pictures. Apparently there are already renovated rooms we still had the old standard. Shower with jammed door and bad drainage.

After a long trip driving all night we got one of our two rooms already early in the morning, which was really a great relief. Thanks to the nice, firndly and service-minded night repeptionist! Even though the WiFi was supposed to work only in the lobby, the signal was fine even in the 3rd floor.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and Old Town, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all necessary amenities provided. the breakfast on the top floor offers stunning views and delicious food options.

Some guests have reported issues with the air-conditioning and phone service in their rooms, which should be addressed by the hotel management.

1) Biggest room I have ever stayed in a European 3* Hotel. There is an american kitchen on the hall (whose size is as big as many hotel rooms), and a very large bedroom and bathroom. 2) Floor heating in bathroom. 3) Very clean rooms 4) No noise. 5) Staff is really friendly. They make a discount for my phone bill. 6) Breakfast is very satisfying.

1) Location is a bit far from the city center. You can walk within 20 minutes, or take trams and reach to the center within 5 minutes. So it is not a problem.

The service at the desk was very kind. Good internet access, for free and in the room. Spacious room and bathroom.

Coarse interior design. Dim light. Breakfast at 7:00 is not true. They open ~7:10. Mineral water in the room 3LVL/bottle seems to be a mistake.
